The devotional song “Mata Bindhyabasini” from the upcoming film Mayavi, set to release on Falgun 14, has been officially released.
Sung and composed by SD Yogi, the song features lyrics by Ram Aviral Bista. The music video includes the film’s lead actors: Pal Shah, Deepika Prasai, Karishma Shrestha, Sushil Sitaula, and others. Shot at the Bindhyabasini Temple, the song is expected to be well-received by the audience.
Written and directed by Diwakar Bhattarai, Mayavi stars Pal Shah, Deepika Prasai, Prashant Tamrakar, Sushil Sitaula, Karishma Shrestha, Laxmi Giri, Anshu Maharjan, Rajaram Paudel, Ravi Dangol, Rama Prasai, Dipendra Simkhada, and Sangita Silwal, with debut actor Samim Khan in a major role.
The film’s cinematography is by Raju Bikram Thapa, and editing by Milan Shrestha. It is produced by Dhurba Neupane, Raj Katuwal, and Chandra Pant. The film’s trailer has been well received, increasing expectations for a successful opening on Falgun 14.
Additionally, Raju Parajuli and Sumit Wali are co-producers, while Pravin Bhattarai and Karan Singh serve as executive producers. Nem Maharjan has also invested in the film under Creative Cine Arts.
