The Nepali film “Abhimanyu: Chapter–1” has released its new song “Ladki Gori.”
Though composed in a Bhojpuri style, the lyrics are in Nepali. The song is written, composed, and sung by Prashant Shivakoti and Prerana Singh, with musical arrangement by Bisham Acharya.
The video features Juna Sundas in an item dance sequence, choreographed by Rohan Bishwakarma. Despite its Bhojpuri flavor in tone and rhythm, the language remains Nepali. The visuals portray youthful attraction and vibrant dance, reflecting the energy of Bhojpuri-style numbers.
Since the film’s story is set in the Terai region, the use of Bhojpuri-inspired musical style aligns with its cultural context. The song serves as a dance number in the film.
“Abhimanyu: Chapter–1” is scheduled to release in Nepal on Bhadra 27, while its Hindi version will release worldwide on Asoj 6 (September 22).
The film tells the story of a man trapped in a web of greed and money, and his struggle to break free from it.
