The Nepali film ‘Malati Mangale’ has entered the final phase of shooting. Among the two songs left to film, the production team has begun shooting the first one, ‘Dhunga Mathi Leu’, with renewed excitement.
The song features music by SD Yogi, vocals by Ram Krishna Dhakal and Ritika Shrestha, lyrics by Hark Saud, and arrangement by Rikesh Gurung. Actors Vijay Baral and Barsha Raut are performing a romantic dance sequence in a classic Bollywood look. Roshan BK has choreographed the song.
The shoot is currently taking place in Jarsing Pauwa, Kathmandu, under the lens of cinematographer Arjun Tiwari. The team will continue filming on Tuesday at the Indrawati River. After this, only one song will remain, marking the completion of the entire film shoot.
Produced under the banner of Rani Music International Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Uni Entertainment, the film’s producer is Ram Krishna Dhakal, with Babu Subedi, Rabin Shrestha, Bedana Karmacharya Shrestha, Padmavati Gurung, and Swikriti Basnet serving as co-producers.
The film is directed by Praku Pandey, who has also written the story, while the screenplay and dialogues are by Sanyog Guragain.
The lead roles are played by Vijay Baral, Barsha Raut, and Mexam Gaudel. The supporting cast includes Subarna Thapa, Prakash Ghimire, Sarita Giri, Sushma Nirola, Sunil Tamang, Umesh Sunam, Shaku Shah, Suchitra Upreti, Dinesh Shahi, Rijan Pariyar, Tara Sharma, Geeta Shri, Raj Pangeni, Sushmita Gurung, and Sagar Bhattarai.
