“Shree Bukuro” Trailer Unveiled Ahead of Maha Shivaratri Release

 The emotional trailer of the upcoming Nepali film “Shree Bukuro: The Home Calling” has been officially released ahead of its theatrical debut on Falgun 1, coinciding with the Maha Shivaratri festive period. The film presents a heartfelt family story set in a rural backdrop.

The 3-minute-33-second trailer is crafted in a poetic narration style, highlighting the desires, expectations, and emotional conflicts of its characters. The story revolves around Laxmi Giri’s character, portraying a mother’s dream of building a small home, arranging her sons’ marriages, and witnessing their happiness.

With its portrayal of subtle human relationships and family dynamics, the film positions itself as a pure family-oriented entertainer.

The film is written and directed by Sudip Bhupal Singh, who returns to direction after nine years. He previously directed Mala and Rudrapriya. As social family dramas continue to resonate with audiences, the production team believes Shree Bukuro will connect strongly with viewers.

Produced by Ruby Sen Singh under the Film Range banner, the movie features performances by Ashirbad Chhetri, Laxmi Giri, Nikita Acharya, Pratikraj Acharya, Roshani Karki, Rajan Ishan, Deepika Thapa, Laya Sangroula, Mohan Niraula, Rambabu Regmi, Rashmi Bhatt, Uttam KC, Gita Thapa, Sapana Shrestha, Ashika Shahi, Deepak Karki, and Rajina Bishwokarma.

Technically, the film includes choreography by Suraj Tamang and Prabin Singh, VFX by iDream Animation, color grading by Manoranjan Shrestha, editing by Banish Shah, Chandan Dutta, and Parichhed Sen, and cinematography by Sanjay Lama and Rajesh Shrestha. Filming took place in Mustang, Baglung, Kaski, Damauli, Makwanpur, and Kathmandu.

Music for the film is composed by Ranjit Gazmer, Basanta Sapkota, and Bikram Karki, with vocals by Shiva Pariyar, Bishesh Poudel, Yukti Bimali, Sabin Subedi, and Sandesh Poudel.

The audience response following the trailer release will now be key in shaping the film’s box office journey.
