Kathmandu: Popular Nepali actor Paul Shah marked his birthday with a special announcement — the sequel to his blockbuster film ‘Aa Bata Aama’ is officially in production.
Celebrating his birthday at Manavsewa Ashram in Raniban, Shah not only marked the occasion with a charitable gesture but also unveiled plans for ‘Aa Bata Aama 2’.
The first installment of Aa Bata Aama has already grossed over NPR 10 crore at the box office. Alongside this, Shah’s other release this year, Mohar, also performed strongly, further strengthening his box office streak.
The sequel is scheduled for release during Dashain 2083, and a teaser poster was unveiled during the announcement event. The poster features Shah in a character look, hinting at an emotionally intense storyline.
The project will once again bring together Shah and director Chandra Pant, marking their second collaboration after the success of the original film.
