Dark Comedy Film ‘Zero Degree’ Begins Shooting in Pokhara

The shooting of the Nepali dark comedy film Zero Degree’ has officially started at Armlakot Temple, Pokhara-16. Produced under Meghauli Films, the first shot features veteran actors Prakash Ghimire, Bijay Baral, Rajan Bhusal, and Sharda Silwal.

According to the production team, the entire shooting will take place in the scenic and authentic villages of Armlakot and Dhital in Kaski District, with a 35-day shooting schedule.

The story revolves around a remote village with limited network access, where after the death of parents, children living abroad fail to return. The plot unfolds as villagers carry a deep freezer uphill to preserve the body, leading to humorous and chaotic situations. The satirical song Are Ho Netaji’ has already been released.

The cast includes Vijay Baral, Sanisha Bhattarai, Vasundhara Bhusal, Ramesh Budhathoki, Prakash Ghimire, Lokendra Lekhak, Rajan Bhusal, Sanjog Rasaily, Pravesh Mahtara Kshetri, Sharda Silwal, Sabina Thapa Kshetri, Ram Babu Regmi, Subash Gajurel, Basu Khanal, and others.
