Kathmandu — The title song “Sunaiko Sapani” from the much-anticipated Nepali film Malati Mangale, produced and presented by renowned singer Ram Krishna Dhakal, has been officially released at a special समारोह. The film is set to hit theaters nationwide on May 8 and has already generated strong excitement, particularly around its musical elements.

Produced under the banner of Rani Films, the song features lyrics by Anand Adhikari, music by Ujwal Sagar, and vocals by Ram Krishna Dhakal and popular singer Rachana Rimal. Arranged by Udayraj Poudel, the track captures the essence of a pure, rural love story.

The most emotional highlight of the event came when Dhakal presented a signed guitar to composer Ujwal Sagar as a token of appreciation. Visually impaired, Sagar expressed his खुशी and gratitude for being part of the project.

Addressing the audience, Dhakal clarified that despite its title, the film is not based on the famous work of national poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire. Instead, it tells a socially rooted love story that often goes unnoticed in everyday life.

Lyricist Anand Adhikari shared that the song reflects selfless love, emphasizing that even the poor are equally capable of loving deeply. Singer Rachana Rimal expressed surprise and gratitude that Dhakal waited for her availability to record the song.

Director Praku Pandey thanked Dhakal for trusting him with his debut directorial project, while actress Barsha Raut said working in a film backed by such a respected figure was a significant opportunity.

The film stars Vijay Baral, Barsha Raut, and Mexam Gaudel in lead roles, supported by a strong ensemble cast. The story is written by director Pandey himself, with screenplay and dialogues by Sanyog Guragain.
