Kathmandu — Advance ticket booking for the Nepali film Hami Teen Bhai, directed by Madhusudan Bhattarai, has opened in cinemas across Nepal. The film is scheduled for nationwide release on Chait 13, with bookings starting Friday.
The film has received a universal certificate from the Central Film Censorship Board, allowing audiences of all age groups to watch it.
The cast includes Vinod Neupane, Laxmi Bardewa, Kushal Bista, Aashma Giri, Jahnavi Basnet, Falit Rai, Rajaram Poudel, Ravindra Jha, Bishnu Sapkota (Harke Haldar), Bikash Chapagain, Shusma Niraula, Yadav Devkota (Sarape), Anju Hamal, Tara Sharma, Pawan K.C., Rama Bista, Viren Shrestha, Shusma Jimba, Khinna Bahadur Bhandari (Bhole), Govind Prasad Poudel, Bhumika Giri, Teka Raj Poudel, and Amritman Maharjan, among others.
Produced under the banner of Prasiddhi Cine Arts Pvt. Ltd., the film is produced by Trirant Shrestha and Manoj Shrestha. The comedy-social drama explores the relationship and conflicts between three brothers.
Executive producer Bikram Tamang is joined by co-producers Bhaktalal Shrestha, Pratima Thapa Pokharel, and Durgalakshmi Pandey, with Shambhu Kumar K.C. as special associate.
The screenplay and dialogue are written by Shivam Adhikari. Cinematography is by Shiv Dhakal, editing by Banish Shah, and music by Saptashakti and Babool Giri.
The film also features choreography by Kamal Rai and Indra Dev Maharjan, background score by Samrat Thapa, sound design by Mukesh Shah, and color grading by Renish Fago.
It has been post-produced at Motion Studio and will be distributed by National Cine Group Pvt. Ltd., with OSR Digital as the digital partner.
The production team says the strong response to the trailer and teaser has boosted their confidence ahead of release.
