Kathmandu — The upcoming Nepali film Parwarti, directed and produced by Neeta Dhungana, is set to go on floors from Chaitra 24.
According to the director, the film is also scheduled for release on Bhadra 12. The release date will be officially announced after coordination with distributors and stakeholders.
Dhungana will also play the lead role in the film. The cast includes Deepashree Niraula, Ashok Darji, Siru Bista, Radhika Kandel, Raj Pangeni Sharma, Rajendra Nepali, and Asha Poudel.
The story and screenplay are by Dhungana, while the script is written by Shivam Adhikari. Sudip Baral will serve as the cinematographer.
Saroj Adhikari, known from Cartoonz Crew, joins the project as creative director—marking his first film in this role.
Shankar Pandey is the executive producer, Sahil Khan is the editor, and Royal Bhimsen is responsible for poster design.
