Kathmandu — Family tensions involving former Miss Nepal and actress Usha Khadgi have resurfaced after she posted a series of statements on social media on Tuesday.
In multiple posts, she accused her former husband GP Timilsina of causing mental distress and interfering in her personal life.
She described herself as a “proud single mother” and alleged ongoing verbal abuse and harassment. Khadgi also indicated she may seek help from law enforcement if the situation continues.
In further posts, she claimed that living arrangements in the same house have led to repeated conflicts, including disrespectful behavior in front of her children and guests. She emphasized that she holds legal rights to the property and questioned whether her rights are being protected.
Khadgi also stated that the property is divided among four stakeholders — herself, her daughter, her son, and her former husband — each holding a 25% share.
The couple officially divorced on June 9, 2022 (Jestha 26, 2079 BS) at the Kathmandu District Court. About six months later, before the property division was finalized, Timilsina remarried Sabina Adhikari.
