Applications for Miss Nepal North America 2026 have officially opened, organizers from Dreams Universal announced on Thursday.
The grand finale, traditionally held in New York for the past eight editions, will take place in Washington, D.C. for the first time.
According to organizer Shailendra Shrestha, this year’s edition is expected to be bigger and more distinctive. USA Entertainment, led by Chandra Lama, will serve as the local host.
The finale is scheduled for July 25 (Shrawan 9). The event is also expected to feature notable personalities from Nepali cinema and other fields.
Eligibility criteria include Nepali women aged 18 to 29 residing in the United States or Canada, who must be unmarried. Applicants must have at least a high school (Plus Two) qualification and a minimum height of 5 feet 1 inch.
The pageant will be held under the theme: “Empowering Nepali Women, Empowering Future Generations.”
