The film ‘Parbati’, produced under Nita Dhungana Films, has officially begun shooting following a ceremonial muhurat held in Mirsa village, Ward No. 1 of Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality in Kaski district.
The film is directed by actress and producer Nita Dhungana, who also plays the lead role.
The cast includes Deepa Shree Niraula along with Ashok Darshee, Siru Bista, Radhika Kandel, Raj Pangeni Sharma, Rajendra Nepali, and Asha Poudel.
According to executive producer Shankar Pandey, all actors are currently on set as filming continues actively.
The story and screenplay are written by Dhungana herself, while the script is penned by Shivam Adhikari. Cinematography is handled by Sudeep Baral.
Saroj Adhikari serves as creative director, marking his first major involvement in a feature film, while editing is done by Sahil Khan and poster design by Royal Bhimsen.
The production team has confirmed a Bhadra 12 release date, with shooting scheduled to continue for about a month.
