Kathmandu — The release date of the film ‘Karki Saila’, featuring Jitu Nepal in the lead role, has been announced along with its first poster. The production team announced Shrawan 1 as the release date on the occasion of the New Year.
In the released poster, the film’s main actor Jitu Nepal is shown as a porter. On the hill of the basket (doko) he is carrying, five porters can also be seen walking somewhere. Additionally, birds are seen flying in the sky. It can be assumed that some part of the film’s story is depicted in the poster itself.
Also, at the bottom of the poster, a loving couple is shown. A young woman is seen resting her head on a man’s shoulder, which creates curiosity among the audience about who they are. In the poster, Jitu appears in a very attractive and different look, suggesting that this film is different from his previous works.
Known as a comedy actor, Jitu has been presented in the story of a porter in this film by director राजेन्द्र बस्नेत, which can be understood by looking at the poster.
The film has been shot in eastern districts of Nepal including Dhankuta, Barahakshetra of Sunsari, and Chatara. Along with Jitu Nepal, the film features actors like Priyana Acharya (Munni), Sushil Pokharel, Birendra Singh Kushwaha, Manshi Sharma, Manil Tamang, Renuka Acharya, Dipson Limbu, Roda Rai, and Kamal Devkota.
The film is produced by Balkumar Rai and presented by Krishna Bhagat Chamling. Rozal Thapa is the chief assistant director, while Dambar Rai is the cinematographer. Produced under the banner of Karnabahadur Films Pvt. Ltd., the film includes action by Kiran Dahal, music by Dipson Limbu, and production by C.B. Bhandari. The distribution of the film will be handled by Kuber Films.
