Nepali cinema has marked another international presence as the poster of the short film ‘Jali Bhanja’, directed by actor Prakash Tiwari “PK”, was unveiled in Alicante, Spain by acclaimed filmmaker Min Bahadur Bham.
The first look of the film was jointly launched alongside Everest climber Akkal Bohara during the event held in Spain.
Tiwari, who has previously gained experience as an assistant director in several television series and feature films, developed the concept of the project during his recent visit to Nepal.
Produced under Prasun Films, the short film features Prakash Tiwari himself along with Sabin Banstola (Giradhari), Sunil Banstola, Rudra Prasad Bastola, and others in key roles.
Cinematography is handled by Marubhumi Narayan, while post-production is currently being carried out at Pen Scissors and Renders Studio by editor Gautam Raj Khadka.
The production team has announced that ‘Jali Bhanja’ will soon be released on Prasun Films’ official YouTube channel.
They also shared that another project titled ‘Kapuri K’, created by the same team, will also be released on YouTube in the near future.
