Kathmandu — A new romantic song titled Jyu Jyu Solti, featuring vocals and performance by singer and model Karuna Rai, has been officially released during an event held in Kathmandu.
The eastern folk-inspired track features vocals by Rajkumar Bagar and Karuna Rai. Lyrics are penned by Hari Sapkota, while music is composed by Shankar Baraili.
The music video stars Nepali superstar Rajesh Hamal alongside Karuna Rai in a romantic portrayal. The video is directed and choreographed by Devendra Pandey.
Cinematography is handled by Ram Krishna Chaulagai and editing by Bikash Dahal.
The event also included a birthday celebration for Karuna Rai. Actor Dhiren Shakya attended as a special guest and extended his wishes to the singer.
Speaking at the event, Rajesh Hamal said both music videos and films are important forms of artistic expression and artists should be open to working across different mediums.
Karuna Rai shared that collaborating with Rajesh Hamal for the fifth time was a memorable and fortunate experience for her. Dhiren Shakya also praised the onscreen chemistry between Hamal and Rai, describing the pair as visually impressive in the video.
