Kathmandu – Actress Samia Karki, who has appeared in dozens of music videos and showcased her acting talent through the television film Sita, has been signed for the lead role in the upcoming Nepali film Teen Tighre Kya Bigre. The film is being produced under the banner of Raghuji Films.
Samia, who portrayed Sita’s sister-in-law in Sita, will make her feature film debut with Teen Tighre Kya Bigre. She expressed her excitement about landing a lead role in her very first film, saying that working with a new team and experienced artists is a wonderful opportunity for her.
The film will also feature popular singer Pashupati Sharma and Paritoshika Pant, daughter of renowned singer Anju Panta, in lead roles. The project marks the feature film debut for both Pashupati Sharma and Paritoshika Pant.
Director Amardeep Sapkota said the comedy film is designed to offer audiences wholesome entertainment. According to him, the film will blend humor, entertainment, and contemporary social themes to create an engaging cinematic experience.
