On the occasion of Tamu Lhosar, actor Buddhi Tamang announced his first production venture, ‘Kusti’.
The film will be written and directed by Anil Yonjan, with Dhiraj Magar and Miruna Magar in lead roles.
The announcement was made alongside the release of the movie’s first poster. Apart from producing, Buddhi Tamang will also play a role in the film.
Produced under the banner of Anusha Cinemawood Pictures Pvt. Ltd., ‘Kusti’ explores the love story of a couple facing challenges in their relationship. Director Yonjan shared, “The story portrays a couple deeply in love but struggling to stay together due to their individual traits. We aim to meet audience expectations with this pairing.”
Explaining his decision to become a producer, Buddhi Tamang said, “Being in this industry, I found the story captivating and the team experienced, which encouraged me to take this step as a producer. I am confident this journey will be successful with everyone’s support and cooperation. We will gradually share more information about the movie and the team.”
The film will be distributed by Kathmandu Reach Entertainment, Apple Entertainment, and Mofsal FD Company. ‘Kusti’ is slated for release next year in Bhadra.
