The song “Chha Bhane Maya” from the movie Rangi, which is set to release on Falgun 2 (February 14), has been released.
The song is written and composed by Durgesh Thapa and features a duet by Anand Karki and Sujata KC.
The film, directed by debutant Suresh Nyaupane, stars Salon Basnet, Namrata Shrestha, Dilip Rayamajhi, Ayushi Dhakal, Uttam KC, Sumin Gurung, and Bishal Pahari.
This marks the debut film for Namrata Shrestha, the winner of Miss World Nepal 2020.
According to presenter Salon Basnet, the movie portrays the story of a father and daughter.
Produced by Saksham Subedi and Karishma KC Basnet, the film features writing by Suman Gajmer, cinematography by Saurabh Lama, and music by Durgesh Thapa, Aamesh Bhandari, and Bhim BC. Vocals are provided by Anand Karki, Aamesh Bhandari, Bhim BC, Samiksha Adhikari, and Sujata KC. Lyrics are by Durgesh Thapa, Aamesh Bhandari, and Bhim BC. Other contributors include Prisma Shrestha for makeup, Roman Bajracharya, Uday Paudel, and Bimal Chhinal for song programming, Eye Catch Studio for publicity design, Bande Prasad for editing, Rajendra Moktan for coloring, and choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj and Shishir Khati.
