The production team of the upcoming film ‘Mayavi’, set to release this Wednesday, has taken an aggressive approach to promotions. Executive producer Karan Singh revealed that the movie is being promoted across 12 cities using auto-rickshaw miking.

According to him, the campaign covers major cities from east to west. The promotional drive has already started in key eastern cities like Dharan, Itahari, Biratnagar, Damak, and Birtamod. While digital marketing has taken over in recent years, miking remains an effective way to provide direct information to audiences.

Similarly, the same strategy is being used in Chitwan, Butwal, Pokhara, Dang, Nepalgunj, Bhairahawa, and Dhangadhi.

Meanwhile, the Film Censorship Board has granted a ‘Universal’ certificate to ‘Mayavi,’ meaning audiences of all age groups can watch it.

Scheduled for release on Maha Shivaratri, the film is written and directed by Diwakar Bhattarai. The trailer has already impressed audiences, generating excitement for the film. A romantic drama, ‘Mayavi’ stars Paul Shah, Deepika Prasai, Prashant Tamrakar, Sushil Sitaula, Karishma Shrestha, and newcomer Samim Khan in lead roles.
