The muhurat of the film Koshedhunga has been held. The historical blockbuster film Purn Bahadur Ko Sarangi‘s famous director Saroj Paudel will direct this movie, and the muhurat ceremony took place today.
The muhurat ceremony was held in the presence of the director, producer, artists, and technical team. With the muhurat shot at the set in Chasal, the shooting of the film has started today, as informed by director Paudel.
After shooting for about a week in Kathmandu, the production unit will head to Syangja for the remaining part of the movie’s shooting.
The film features actors like Suraksha Pant, Aryan Sigdel, Saroj Khanal, Vishal Pahadi, Shekhar Chapagai, Siru Bisht, Udav Sapkota, Sandhya Rana, Savita Regmi, Savin Kattel, and Bikash Khanal, among others.
Suraksha Pant will play the lead role in this film. It is said to be a woman-centric film.
The movie is presented by Naradevi Films, with Previl Kandel and Kishor Anurag as producers. Dinesh Khadka will serve as the executive producer.
The cinematography will be handled by Babu Shrestha, and the editing will be done by Surendra Paudel. The music will be composed by Rhythm Kandel and Ashish Abiral. The casting director will be Subal Mani Sapkota.
As the director of Purn Bahadur Ko Sarangi is helming the direction, Koshedhunga is highly anticipated. Saroj’s film Purn Bahadur Ko Sarangi had grossed nearly 50 crore in Nepal alone. Hence, there is a lot of anticipation regarding what kind of film this will be.
According to the production team, the movie is scheduled to be released in 2082 (Nepali calendar).
