The romantic comedy movie ‘Maya Preeti’, based on a love story of the new generation, has announced a casting call.
Director Avi Shrestha stated that auditions are being held for male actors for the lead role, male actors for the negative role, male and female actors for the roles of family members, and other supporting roles.
Actress Divya Raimajhi has already been signed for the lead role in the movie. According to the movie’s casting management company, Levents Studio, the casting call is for male young actors to play Divya Raimajhi’s partner in the movie, as well as other roles. Those wishing to participate in the audition must send their resume, photos, and a 1-4 minute acting video clip.
According to the movie’s director, Shrestha, ‘Maya Preeti’ will be a journey of unconditional love, where the feeling of love will persist regardless of the circumstances.
The production team is an experienced group that has worked for five years on the popular show ‘Play It On’ on Nepal Television. The movie will be produced under the banner of One Two Three Studios Pvt. Ltd., with Subash Chandra Pradhan as the producer. Popular actress Nisha Adhikari is the executive producer, and Santosh Kumar Karki, who is familiar in photography and acting, is also serving as an executive producer.
Furthermore, the movie’s creative director will be Pranav Joshi, who is the director of the superhit movie ‘Resham Filili’ released in 2015. He is also well-known as an AI artist.
The movie’s cinematography is expected to start soon.
