Krisha Signs Film in Japan for a High Price

Director Krisha Chaulagain’s popularity surged after directing the film Pitambar. Through this film, Krisha established herself as a bold director. After successfully directing an action genre film with a multistar cast, her reputation grew significantly. She is now receiving continuous offers from films outside Nepal as well.

Meanwhile, during her one-week visit to Japan, director Chaulagain signed a new film project. She has signed an untitled project that will bring together actors from Nepal, India, and the Philippines.

The film is being produced by UNA Production. It is confirmed that a team from Japan will also collaborate on the project. UNA Entertainment, which has been distributing films from Japan, will now produce this film under the UNA Production banner.

A formal agreement has been signed between UNA Production chief Ujwal Guragain and director Krisha Chaulagain.

Filming is set to begin from Bhadra (August-September). The movie will be shot in Nepal, Japan, and the Philippines. The production team has stated that details regarding the film’s title and cast will be announced soon.

Director Krisha Chaulagain has reportedly received a high payment for this film, though the production team has not disclosed the exact amount.

Krisha has expressed her commitment not to break the audience’s trust as she embarks on this new project following Pitambar. The script is currently being worked on vigorously.
