Three new posters of the film ‘Citamol’, directed by Raj Bahadur Sane, have been released. The first poster features Saugat Malla, Benisha Hamal, and child actor Karan Nepali in an emotional moment.
The second poster showcases Saugat and Benisha along with Shree Krishna Niroula, Januka Bishwakarma, and Lokendra Lekhak, each appearing in character. The third poster focuses solely on Saugat Malla, who is seen walking with crutches, seemingly in a somber mood.
The production team believes that these posters will increase anticipation among audiences.
Scheduled for release on Shrawan 23 (early August), the film stars Saugat, Benisha, Shree Krishna, Januka, and Karan alongside Lokendra Lekhak, Bhugol Karki, Hiunwala Gautam, Sushil Pokharel, Dinesh Regmi, R.R. Khadka, Gyanu Malla, Pawan Bhattarai, Kajal Bhujel, and child actor Aradhya Rajyalaxmi DC.
Through ‘Citamol’, the director and producers aim to symbolically explore Nepal’s societal issues and challenge the long-rooted superstitions embedded in everyday life. They hope the film will connect emotionally with viewers by addressing these pressing concerns.
Produced by Tulsi Devi Films Pvt. Ltd. in association with Juntara Films, the story is written by Pradeep Bhardwaj and director Sane himself.
Presented by Simosh Sunuwar, the film is produced by Bhugol Kumar Karki and Bikash Raj Joshi, with executive producers Apsara Nepali, Ajay Malla, and Kumar KC, and co-producer Gangaram Shrestha.
The music is composed by Babul Giri, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj, editing by Bande Prasad, DI coloring by Rajendra Moktan, sound design by Mukesh Shah, action direction by Dev Maharjan and Shankar Maharjan, poster design by Rakesh Dahal, and production management by Bikash Tamang and Dhan Bahadur Rai.
