The teaser for the upcoming film Mohar, set to release on August 7 (Sawan 23), has been officially unveiled. The production team released the 1-minute and 18-second teaser today via OSR Digital’s YouTube channel.
The teaser hints at a story centered around unspoken social realities, especially the controversial Deuki tradition, which exists beyond the boundaries of written law.
Actor Paul Shah appears in a dual role—once with long hair and once with short hair. The version of Paul with long hair is linked to characters played by Benisha Hamal and child actor Sara Sharma, while the short-haired Paul ‘s storyline connects with Niti Shah.
This dual portrayal is likely to spark further curiosity and anticipation among viewers.
Produced under the banner of Film Makers Pvt. Ltd., the film is written and directed by Om Pratik. The cast includes Paul Shah, Arjun Jung Shahi, Benisha Hamal, Niti Shah, Mithila Sharma, Rabindra Jha, Laxmi Giri, Miss Pabi, Sushil Devkota, Laxminath Timilsina, Siddhartha Singh, Madhav Datt Pandit, Geeta Thapa, Navin Khatri, and child actor Sara Sharma in key roles.
