In an engaging beauty pageant among married women held in the capital, Laxmi Devi was crowned Mrs. National Grand.
Organized by Krizona Media Group Pvt. Ltd. at the National Dance Hall in Jamal, the event saw Laxmi triumph over 19 contestants to win the Mrs. National Grand 2025 title. In addition to the main title, she also won the Most Photogenic subtitle.
In the third edition of Mrs. National, choreographed by Rani Kharel, Junu Karki was crowned Mrs. National Platina, and Anita Khadka earned the Mrs. National Classic title. Junu Karki also won Most Talented and Most Popular, while Anita Khadka bagged Most Intelligent and Viewers’ Choice awards.

The event was held under the chief guestship of Upendra Yadav, Chairman of the Socialist Party and former Deputy Prime Minister. The chief judge was actress Gauri Malla, accompanied by film director and actor Manish Raut, artist Deepak Koirala, Everest Film Academy director Bishal Shrestha, and social worker Nanu Singh.
Lavin Ansari, managing director and choreographer of the organizing institution Krizona Media Group, stated that the aim of Mrs. National is to encourage married women to step beyond the boundaries of their homes, become self-reliant, and showcase their hidden talents.
