The poster of the film ‘Janai Harayeko Manche: Sambandhka Dhagaharu’ has been released. The production team launched the poster simultaneously in eight major cities across Nepal, including Kathmandu.

The unveiling took place at 3:30 PM in Kathmandu, Jhapa, Dharan, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, and Nepalgunj.

“We wanted the film’s publicity to reach nationwide and spark curiosity among audiences, so we released the poster by flying balloons in major cities,” said producer Bimal Neupane.

The team chose this unique promotional method to grab attention. The goal was also to reach regional audiences with information about the film.

Two posters were launched simultaneously. Designed by Rakesh Dahal, one poster features Bijay Baral alongside Keki Adhikari and Miruna Magar.

The other poster features Keki Adhikari alone. Both posters visually portray the film’s story — a realistic take on relationships bound by tradition.

In the first poster, Keki and Miruna are on either side of Bijay. Both are holding strings that Bijay clutches in the middle. Miruna is dressed as a bride, while Bijay stands between Keki’s blue and Miruna’s red — symbolizing inner conflict.

This suggests Keki plays Bijay’s sister and Miruna is the woman he wishes to marry. With Miruna’s Mongolian features and Bijay and Keki having Aryan appearances, the poster reflects Bijay’s dilemma — to follow traditional norms or to marry the one he loves.

In the second poster, Keki is shown bound by threads of yellow, blue, and red. The text on the poster reads, “My sister who never says ouch, no matter how much she suffers.” This hints at her emotional connection and silent support for Bijay’s decision.

The colors represent the characters’ psychological states, while the threads visually add uniqueness. The posters are likely to attract public attention to the film.

The film had previously released its first look. Directed by Himal Neupane, ‘Janai Harayeko Manche: Sambandhka Dhagaharu’ will be released on Bhadra 6 (August 22, 2025).

The cast includes Bijay Baral, Keki Adhikari, Miruna Magar, Gaurav Pahari, Sushank Mainali, Bholaraj Sapkota, Arus Bhusal, Riar Rai, Bhawana Khapangi Magar, Rupesh Lama, and Suman Thapa.

Produced under the Paperclip banner by Kamal Neupane and Bimal Neupane, the film has Narayan Timilsina, Chudamani Sibakoti, RK Manandhar, CR Basnet, Philip DC, and James Maharjan as executive producers.

The film features music by Thaneshwar Gautam, Arjun Pokharel, SD Yogi, and Prashant Sibakoti. DOP is Navin Gurung, and cinematography is by Krishna Pariyar.

Story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by Bhanubhakta Dhakal. Dinesh Bahadur Raut is the chief assistant director, with assistant directors Tarka Raj Neupane, Rabindra Nepal, Monika Thapa, and Akash KC. Laxmanraj Paudel serves as the production controller.

The film will be distributed by Govinda Shahi of Kafiya Films.

Following the all-time blockbuster ‘Purnabahadurko Sarangi’, this is Bijay Baral’s first lead role in 2081. He and Keki Adhikari reunite in lead roles in this eagerly awaited film.
