Filming of Sushil and Anjana’s Movie ‘Parivartan’ Completed in 56 Days

The shooting of the Nepali film Parivartan has been completed in 56 days. According to producer Deepak Sivakoti, all scenes except for two songs were completed by Monday. He shared that only the shooting of a patriotic song and a folk song remains to be done.

The filming of Parivartan took place in various locations of Jhapa, including Buddhashanti Rural Municipality, Kachankawal Rural Municipality, Bhadrapur Municipality, Arjundhara Municipality, Kankaimai Municipality, Birtamod, Mechinagar Municipality, as well as the major eastern city of Biratnagar.

Directed by Bijay Kerung, the movie stars actor Sushil Shrestha and actress Anjana Baraili in lead roles. In addition to Sushil and Anjana, the cast includes Gautam Tiwari Suryawanshi, Buddhi Tamang, Karishma Manandhar, Asha Paudel, Subash Meche, Pukar Bhattarai, Hemant Budhathoki, Ayesha Karki, Sagar Kharel, Raju Kharel, Krishna Koirala, Subash Kharel, Kalpana Khatriwada, Shankar Shrestha, Rohan Century, and Yamnath Kharel, among others.

Earlier, action photos of actor Sushil Shrestha were released. Shrestha, known as an action hero, has garnered special attention for this film.

Produced under the banner of Dibyashi Films Pvt. Ltd. by Deepak Sivakoti, the film is said to portray border security issues of Nepal, the web of corruption, and the suffering of poor, helpless people through its storyline.

Producer Sivakoti himself has written the core story of the film, while the screenplay and dialogues are penned by Shivam Adhikari. Arun Regmi serves as the production head, cinematography is directed by Shiv Dhakal, editing by Bande Prasad, action direction by Shri Shrestha, production assistance by Sajan Bastakoti, chief assistant direction by Navaraj Sharma, assistant direction by Bishwo Jung Shahi and Nishan Subba, with poster and promotional design by Royal Bhimsen and Trident Concept.

A film titled Parivartan was first produced in 2028 B.S. under the direction of Hira Singh Khatri. Now, nearly five decades later, another Parivartan is being introduced to the audience with a new story.

The production team aims to release the film within this year. Producer Sivakoti stated that post-production work will begin after the remaining songs are filmed.
