‘Cetaamol’ Opens Advance Ticket Booking Nationwide

The much-anticipated Nepali film ‘Cetaamol’, set to release this Friday (August 8), has opened advance ticket booking across the country. While most multiplexes have already started bookings, some are still in the process of opening them.

Thanks to its high public anticipation generated through posters, songs, teasers, and trailers, ‘Cetaamol’ has secured a strong number of shows from both multiplexes and single-screen cinemas. The production team expects more shows to be added if audience demand continues to rise.

Nepal’s largest multiplex chain, QFX Cinemas, has scheduled 15 shows in the Kathmandu valley and 16 in other cities, totaling 31 shows across its network. Likewise, the second-largest chain INOX (INI Cinemas) is providing 11 shows across 4 outlets, Big Movies has allocated 2 shows, FCube Cinemas 3, BSR Movies 2, One Cinemas 6, Cine De Chef 3, and Kirtipur Cineplex 2 shows.

Other popular halls like Ranjana, Bishwojyoti, and CK Cinemas, including several halls in other cities, are also preparing to open bookings. The production team expects over 150 shows nationwide by Friday.

Directed by Raj Bahadur Sane, the film stars Saugat Malla, Benisha Hamal, Shree Krishna Niraula, Januka Bishwakarma, Lokendra Lekhak, Bhugol Karki, Hiunwala Gautam, Sushil Pokharel, Dinesh Regmi, RR Khadka, Gyanu Malla, Pawan Bhattarai, Kajal Bhujel, and child actors Karan Nepali and Aradhya Rajyalaxmi DC. Both Shree Krishna and Januka are making their debut with this film.

Produced by Tulsi Devi Films Pvt. Ltd. in association with Juntara Films, the story is written by Pradeep Bhardwaj and director Sane himself. Presented by Simos Sunuwar, the producers are Bhugol Kumar Karki and Bikash Raj Joshi, with Apsara Nepali, Ajaya Malla, and Kumar KC as executive producers, and Gangaram Shrestha as co-producer.

The film features music by Babul Giri, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj, editing by Bande Prasad, DI color by Rajendra Moktan, sound design by Mukesh Shah, action direction by Dev Maharjan and Shankar Maharjan, poster design by Rakesh Dahal, production management by Bikash Tamang and Dhan Bahadur Rai, and cinematography by Dibya Subedi.
