Model Usha Upreti has been signed for the new Nepali film ‘Aa Bato Aama’, directed by Chandra Pant. She was signed on Wednesday for one of the lead roles in the film, although her specific role has not been revealed yet.
Earlier, actors Pal Shah, Simran Pant, Vipana Thapa, and South Indian actor Pradeep Rawat had already been signed for the film.
The movie, produced under the banner of Arya Entertainment, is scheduled to start filming from Bhadra (mid-August). The rest of the cast and technical team will be announced soon.
RR Films has acquired the distribution rights of the film. A recent agreement was signed between the production team and RR Films representatives Rohit Kattel and Ratna Shrestha.
‘Aa Bato Aama’ is set to release nationwide on Falgun 15 (late February).
