The Teej song “Nakhra,” performed by singer Shreekrishna Ale and singer Shantarani Pariyar, has received remarkable support from audiences on YouTube. Released about two weeks ago, the song has quickly garnered positive feedback and earned a strong position among listeners.
To celebrate the success, singer Ale organized a special event in Kathmandu, where he expressed gratitude to audiences, supporters, and collaborators. On the occasion, tokens of love were also presented to the artists and technical team involved in the song and video.
Featuring powerful vocals from Shreekrishna Ale—recognized as a promising singer—and Shantarani Pariyar, who rose to fame with the hit “Dhale Dhale,” “Nakhra” is written and composed by Rabin Shah, with arrangement, mixing, and mastering by Bimal Chhinal.
The video showcases engaging performances by models Juna Karki, Rabin Shah, and Sarita. The choreography and direction are also by Rabin Shah, who humorously portrays women’s playful “Nakhra” (expressions of charm and style) during Teej celebrations. Models Juna and Sarita appear in bold looks, with glamorous styling and outfits adding extra appeal to the video.
Cinematography by Rajesh Ghimire, along with editing and color grading by Deepak Bista, further enhance the video’s visual quality. The music video of “Nakhra” has been released through Shreekrishna Ale’s official YouTube channel.
