“Aa Bata Aama” Sells Australia and New Zealand Rights

The film “Aa Bata Aama”, under the banner of Arya Entertainment, has sold its distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand. Himaru Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has acquired the rights for both countries, according to the production team.

Directed, written, and scripted by Chandra Pant, the film has already started attracting high demand internationally. Centered on the sensitive theme of motherhood, its distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand have been officially sold out.

Director Pant shared that negotiations are ongoing with other countries as well, and updates will be announced soon. He expressed confidence that the film will see even greater international demand once production is completed. In recent times, Nepali films have gained significant popularity not only in Nepal but also abroad.

The hype has been fueled in part by the casting of actor Pal Shah and ‘TikTok Queen’ Usha Upreti. Alongside them, the film will also feature evergreen actress Bipana Thapa, Simran Pant, and renowned South Indian actor Pradeep Rawat, who are already confirmed for the project.

Shooting for the film will commence this month. The selection of additional cast and crew members is underway and will be finalized soon. The film’s distribution rights for Nepal have been secured by RR Films. “Aa Bata Aama” is scheduled for a nationwide release on 15th of Falgun next year.
