In the glamorous world of films, the word heroine is generally understood to mean someone with a slim figure and an attractive face. But sometimes, depending on the story, a heroine outside this standard is also sought.
At present, a heroine contrary to the traditional standard is being sought for a Nepali film. Such a heroine is being searched by director Dipak Oli for his upcoming film Chulhe Nimto.
Speaking to Mero Picture, Oli admitted that he has not specified the weight in kilograms but is looking for a beautiful plus-size young woman for his film.
“It is not fixed as exactly 90 kg, but for my film, a plus-size actress is required. We are looking for a girl around 22–23 years old, but so far, we have not found the desired face,” he said.
According to Oli, the heroine is being sought for the lead role of the film. He also clarified that the character is not required to lose weight later in the story.
Although other main actors have already been finalized, the producers have not made them public. The shooting of this film will begin in a few months.
The film will present its story in a comedy style within a rural social setting. Written by Mahesh Dawadi, the film will be shot in Gorkha, Rolpa, Palpa, and Rasuwa.
