The production team of Janai Harayeko Manche: Sambandhka Dhagaaharu has urged audiences to take their parents to the theater. On the occasion of Father’s Day this Saturday, children are encouraged to bring their parents to watch the film.
“Saturday is Father’s Day. Our film tells the story of a son’s struggle for his parents’ happiness. Therefore, if children take their parents to the theater, that itself will be the true gift for Father’s Day,” said lead actor Vijay Baral. “Perhaps there is no greater gift. Taking one’s parents to watch this film will be priceless.”
Actress Keki Adhikari explained that the film shows situations where daughters, despite wanting to, cannot do things for their fathers, brothers, or maternal family. Therefore, she emphasizes that on Father’s Day, daughters should take their fathers to watch this film.
“In our society, financial constraints and social circumstances often prevent support from the maternal side,” Keki said. “The film shows how a daughter is separated from her father and her relationship with her brother. To depict daughters’ inability to speak openly, they should take their fathers to watch the film on Father’s Day.”
Actress Miruna Magar shared audience experiences, saying, “Our society tends to be introverted. We keep many things in our hearts but cannot express them. Viewers have thanked us, saying the film spoke what was in their hearts.”
Vijay Baral, Keki Adhikari, Miruna Magar, Gaurav Pahadi, Bholaraj Sapkota, and other cast members visited theaters such as Lavim Mahal, City Square, Civil Mahal, and FCube to interact with audiences. Viewers commented that the film reminded them of their parents and evoked nostalgia.
