‘Aa Bata Aama’ Begins Shooting with Grand Launch: How Will the Pal–Simran Pairing Look on Screen?

The upcoming film Aa Bata Aama, under the banner of Arya Entertainment, was formally launched on Thursday with a grand ritual ceremony at Galeshwar Temple in Tanahun. Around 200 young priests performed a traditional fire offering and prayers during the auspicious event.

According to the producers, filming began the same day in Chitwan. Director Chandra Pant revealed that the shooting schedule will last for about a month, covering locations in Chitwan, Kathmandu, and Hyderabad in India.

The cast includes actor Pal Shah, South Indian star Pradeep Rawat, Bipana Thapa, Simran Pant, and Usha Upreti in major roles. The muhurat ceremony was attended by Pradeep Rawat, Gajit Bisht, Mao Tse Gurung, and others.

Producers shared that Aa Bata Aama carries an emotional story centered on the love and bond between a mother and child.

The film is produced by Krishna Prasad Subedi, Dhruv Nyaupane, and Prakash Jung Kunwar, with Karan Singh as the executive producer. Cinematography will be led by Navaraj Upreti (DOP). The soundtrack will feature music by Koshish Chhetri, Babul Giri, and Thaneshwor Gautam, while Kuldeep Sharma will serve as the chief assistant director.

The film is scheduled for release across Nepal on Falgun 15, 2082 (February 27, 2026). International screening rights for Australia and New Zealand have already been sold to Himaru Entertainment, while RR Films will handle distribution within Nepal.
