The first-look posters and teaser of Baristha Balram, directed by Surendra Paudel, have been unveiled. The makers released two posters along with the teaser simultaneously.
The posters feature lead actors Dayahang Rai and Vijay Baral in central focus, with other cast members also making appearances.
One poster shows only Dayahang and Vijay—Dayahang, dressed in a red suit and shorts, appears furious while holding a mobile phone, while Vijay looks disappointed. The second poster portrays both in a pensive mood, alongside Samriddhi Aryal, Mao Tse Gurung, Bhola Raj Sapkota, Pashupati Rai, and Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary in their respective character looks.
While the posters reveal little about the story, they have generated curiosity. The teaser further builds excitement by showcasing intense banter between Dayahang Rai and Vijay Baral.
Scheduled for release on Kartik 6, during the Bhai Tika festival, the film is currently in post-production. The cast includes Dayahang Rai, Vijay Baral, Samriddhi Aryal, Pashupati Rai, Mao Tse Gurung, and Pradeep Chaudhary, among others.
This marks Surendra Paudel’s fourth directorial venture. Also an editor, Paudel previously directed Aabhash, Kri, and Babari. The story and editing are by Paudel, with screenplay written by Mahesh Dawadi.
Presented by Vrishabh Siddhi Entertainment in collaboration with Aanvi Films, the project is produced by Ashish H. Tamang and Shreeraj Karki, with Pradeep G. Dhami and Pushkar B. Ghimire as executive producers.
