Two Posters of ‘Aa Bata Ama’ Released, Release Date Set for January 30

The team of the upcoming Nepali film ‘Aa Bata Ama’, set to release on January 30, has unveiled two posters showcasing the film’s storyline and emotional essence.

The posters feature the slogan: “Ba Aama le pasinale ghar banaunu bhayo, haami le rahar ra baadhyata ‘passport’ banaunu paryo.” This highlights the emotional bond between parents and children.

In the first poster, Bipana Thapa, Pradeep Rawat, Pal Shah, and Simran Pant appear cheerful, while Saigres Pokhrel also displays a happy expression. In the second poster, all characters appear emotional. Bipana and Pradeep, portraying the parents, are seen in tears, while Pal Shah, in the role of their son, has a bloodied and emotional expression.

Set in a rural backdrop, the film centers on the emotional relationship between parents and children. It is directed and scripted by Chandra Pant, with Arya Pant in the presentation role.

The cast includes Bipana Thapa, Pradeep Rawat, Pal Shah, Saigres Pokhrel, Simran Pant, Usha Upreti, Vishal Pahadi, Ravindra Jha, Gajit Bisht, Hemraj Adhikari (Khantya Khalas), Dilip Ukheda, and Rachana Gautam.

Produced under the Arya Entertainment banner, the film’s producers are Omkar Pant, Krishnaprasad Subedi, Dhruv Nyaupane, Prakash Kunwar, and Kshitij Dhungana, with Karan Singh Rasali as executive producer. The DOP is Navaraj Upreti, and the music is composed by Koshish Kshetri, Babul Giri, and Thaneshwar Gautam.

The overseas screening rights for the film have already been sold to several countries. Himalru Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has acquired rights for Australia and New Zealand. RR Films is handling nationwide distribution, while OSR Digital holds the film’s digital rights.
