Emotional Teaser of ‘Aa Bata Aama’ Released

Kathmandu – The teaser of the film ‘Aa Bata Aama’, produced under the banner of Arya Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has been officially released. The team unveiled the teaser on Monday through the OSR YouTube channel.

The teaser portrays the deep love and emotional struggle of parents whose son is preparing to go abroad. Actor Pal Shah is shown with a passport placed on his pillow, symbolizing his imminent departure, while his parents—played by Pradeep Rawat and Bipana Thapa—are seen awake and tearful throughout the night. Their sleeplessness and sorrow highlight the painful reality faced by many Nepali families.

The teaser appears highly emotional, driven by compelling performances from Bipana Thapa and Pradeep Rawat. Director Chandra Pant has effectively captured the sentiments of Nepali youths leaving for foreign employment and the emotional turmoil of their parents.

Set for release on Magh 16, the film features an ensemble cast including Pradeep Rawat, Bipana Thapa, Pal Shah, Simran Pant, Saigres Pokhrel, Usha Upreti, Rabindra Jha, Gajit Bisht, Anshu Maharjan, Begam Nepali, and child actors Samaira Thapa and Shan Adhikari.

The story and screenplay are written by Pant himself, with additional writing by Abhimanyu Nirvi. Dialogues are penned jointly by Amar Nyaupane, Abhimanyu Nirvi, and Chandra Pant.
The film is produced by Krishna Prasad Subedi, Omkar Pant, Prakash Jung Kunwar, Dhruva Prasad Nyaupane, and Kshitiz Dhungana.

Executive producer Karan Singh Rasaili leads the production team. The film features cinematography by Nawaraj Upreti, choreography by Gambhir Bista and Dilip Okhda, and music by Koshish Kshetri, Thaneshwar Gautam, Babul Giri, and Abhi Sunar.
Editing is done by Sahil Khan and Milan Shrestha, while distribution is handled by RR Films through Rohit Kattel and Ratan Shrestha.
