Song ‘Pakeko Chiuri’ from Film Pariwartan Released, Sushil and Anjana Impress with Energetic Dance

Kathmandu — The music video of ‘Pakeko Chiuri’, a song from the upcoming Nepali film Pariwartan, has been officially released. The production team unveiled the video on the occasion of Christmas. The film is scheduled for release on Magh 9.

Released through the OSR Digital YouTube channel, the song features lead actors Sushil Shrestha and Anjana Baraili showcasing lively dance performances. Based on a folk rhythm, the song beautifully weaves a love story, highlighting the strong on-screen chemistry between the two actors.

Director Vijay Kerung stated that the song was selected to match the film’s narrative. “The song aligns with the story of the film. Since it incorporates typical rural words and emotions, we believe it will resonate with the audience,” he said.

The choreography of the song has been done by Ramji Lamichhane, while cinematography is handled by Shiv Dhakal. The song is sung by SD Yogi and Reshma Pun, with music composed by SD Yogi himself. Lyrics are penned by Mausam Aryal.

Produced under the banner of Divyasi Films, Pariwartan stars Sushil Shrestha and Anjana Baraili alongside Saroj Khanal, Karishma Manandhar, Buddhi Tamang, Hemant Budhathoki, and Subas Meche in key roles.

Directed by Vijay Kerung, the action-suspense film is produced by Deepak Siwakoti, who also wrote the story. The screenplay and dialogues are by Shivam Adhikari. Bande Prasad has edited the film, while action direction is handled by Shree Shrestha. With its teaser and posters already generating buzz, the film’s distribution is managed by RR Films.
