Kathmandu — The teaser of the film Shivaansh has been officially released. The production team unveiled the teaser on YouTube on Tuesday.
Opening with the line, “The beginning is the end, and the end is Shivaansh,” the teaser is brief yet impactful. It features lead actor Praveen Khatiwada portraying a saintly figure, holding a trident as he walks toward a temple before the teaser concludes.
With powerful sound design, visuals, and dialogues, the teaser builds intrigue. The filmmakers have not disclosed details about the story so far, keeping the narrative deliberately mysterious.
Shivaansh is scheduled for theatrical release on Falgun 3, coinciding with the festival of Maha Shivaratri.
Presented by Anjan Cinema Production House, the film is directed by Santosh Kumar Aatreya, marking his directorial debut. Anjan KC serves as the producer.
The film stars Praveen Khatiwada, Tej Giri, and Rusha Neupane in lead roles, with supporting performances by Bikas Joshi, Bimala Limbu, Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Sabir Chauraute, Uday Kumar Subba, and Tika Niraula.
Written by Anjan KC, the film features a screenplay by Bharat Limbu, cinematography by Sarad Mahato, and executive production by Shambhu Thapa.
Music includes compositions by Nhyoo Bajracharya and Rajanraj Shivakoti, with lyrics by Biplav Pratik and Shivakoti. Vocals are by Rajanraj Shivakoti, Milan Newar, and Samikshya Adhikari.
Post-production was completed at Chalachitra Chautari, while distribution will be handled by Digital Cinema Nepal (DCN).
