Miss Globe 2025 winner Chayathanus Saradatt arrived in Nepal on Tuesday via Tribhuvan International Airport.
She was welcomed at the airport by Dr. Santosh Upadhyay, national director of Mister and Miss National, along with winners of Miss Globe Nepal. International Miss Globe organizer Fakki Bozo also arrived in Nepal with her. This marks Saradatt’s first international visit after winning the Miss Globe title.
Expressing her excitement over visiting Nepal for the first time, Saradatt said she is especially drawn to the country’s mountains. “I’m very happy to be in Nepal for the first time. I’ve heard a lot about the mountains here and I would love to explore the hills and the Himalayas,” she said.
Saradatt was crowned Miss Globe 2025 while representing Thailand at the finale held in Albania. The competition saw participation from more than 80 countries, with Rizu Bhattarai representing Nepal.
According to Dr. Upadhyay, Saradatt and her team will stay in Nepal for five days. During the visit, they will tour Kathmandu and nearby tourist destinations, along with attending formal meetings and interacting with students.
The schedule also includes courtesy meetings with the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the Nepal Tourism Board, and possibly the Prime Minister. Additionally, Saradatt will attend the East Asian Medical Students’ Conference as a special guest.
Last year, Miss Globe winner Diana Moreno also visited Nepal and served as a judge during the Miss National Nepal auditions. Meanwhile, applications for this year’s Miss National Nepal competition have been opened, with submissions available through Khalti.
