Kathmandu. The first song from the upcoming Nepali film Buki, titled “Timi Mainsanga Bhai Rakha Hai,” has been officially released, offering a glimpse into the film’s emotional love story.
The music video features singer-actor Devendra Bablu and actress Roshani Karki, whose on-screen chemistry appears natural and heartfelt. The song captures themes of love, memories, and a shared journey.
Devendra Bablu has contributed lyrics, composition, and vocals, with musical arrangement support from Deepak Sharma and HBN Kismat.
The video begins with the lead character reflecting on old medals and photographs, suggesting memories of past success or love. As the narrative unfolds, a romantic journey develops, ultimately leading to an emotional sense of separation and longing. Roshani Karki’s tearful performance and Bablu’s restrained expressions add emotional depth.
Filmed in the scenic landscapes of Dhorpatan, Baglung, the video showcases snow-covered hills, rural settlements, and road-trip visuals. Drone shots highlight the grandeur of Nepal’s mountainous terrain.
Presented by Himalayan Musical Event Management and Films, Buki stars Surakshya Pant, Devendra Bablu, and Roshani Karki in lead roles, alongside Prakash Ghimire, Laxminath Timilsina, Ghanu Joshi, Anu Dahal, Sandip Babu Lohani, and Nisha Bajgain.
The film was shot in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Baglung. Editing is done by Bhupendra Adhikari, with cinematography by Bikash Gandharva (DOP). The production team aims to release the film across Nepal in 2026.
