The lead cast of the Nepali film ‘Aa Bata Aama,’ currently running in theatres since Magh 16, has begun an audience meet-and-greet tour across eastern Nepal. Starting Tuesday morning, the team is scheduled to visit cinemas in Itahari, Dharan, Biratnagar, Damak, and Birtamod.
Director Chandra Pant said that the film’s main actors — Pal Shah, Bipana Thapa, Usha Upreti, Simran Pant, and Saigrace Pokharel — are traveling east to interact directly with viewers. The team also plans to collect audience feedback during the visits.
Since the film’s release, the cast has been actively participating in theatre visits. Actors including Pal Shah, Bipana Thapa, Pradeep Rawat, Usha Upreti, and Simran Pant have already met audiences in several cities. According to the production team, the film has been receiving positive responses from viewers.
The film’s dialogues are written by Abhimanyu Nirabi, with writing collaboration from Amar Neupane, Abhimanyu Nirabi, and Chandra Pant. The film is presented by Aarya Entertainment.
‘A Bata Aama’ features Bipana Thapa, Pal Shah, Pradeep Rawat, Usha Upreti, Simran Pant, Saigrace Pokharel, Gajit Bista, and Begam Nepali in key roles.
Written and directed by Chandra Pant, the film’s music is composed by Koshish Chhetri, Babul Giri, and Thaneshwor Gautam. Choreography for the songs is by Gambhir Bista and Dilip Okheda.
Cinematography is handled by Navaraj Upreti. The film is financed by Krishna Prasad Subedi, Omkar Pant, Prakash Jung Kunwar, Dhruva Prasad Neupane, and Kshitij Dhungana, with Karan Singh Rasali serving as executive producer.
