Kathmandu. The song “Gairaghare Kaili” from the upcoming film Mitjyu has climbed to the number one position in YouTube’s music trending chart shortly after its release.
Released via OSR Digital, the song has quickly gained strong audience traction and continues to hold the top trending spot.
The music video features lead actors Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, and Teriya Phouja Magar. The dance performances by Saugat Malla and Teriya Phouja Magar have been especially well received, while Dayahang Rai’s acting adds narrative depth to the video.
The song is sung by Shree Krishna Bam Malla and Melina Rai, who also composed the music and wrote the lyrics. The choreography is by Mingma D. Lepcha, and the video is set in a rural backdrop, which has contributed to its popularity.
Produced by Janak Gharti Magar and directed by Anil Buda Magar, the film features a large ensemble cast including Pushkar Gurung, Shishir Wangdel, Raj Thapa, Subarna Thapa, Anu Thapa, Smita Lamichhane, Arjun Pun Magar, Uttam Raj Pande, Sabin Kattel, Umesh Sonam, Pabitra Khadka, Chahana Rana Magar, Anusha Rai, and Khadgabhadur Pun Magar (Khabpu). Teriya Phouja Magar makes her acting debut in the film.
The film is produced under GM Movies Production, with cinematography by Shishir Bishankhe and editing by Lokesh Bajracharya. Firoz Khadka serves as the chief assistant director.
