Kathmandu: The first-look poster of the debut directorial film “Tarang” by director Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary has been officially released. The production company Devdat Creation launched the film’s promotional campaign by unveiling the poster on Sunday.
The poster features lead actors Varun Adhikari and Ravina K.C., portraying a silent yet emotionally intense love story. Designed by Utsav Pandey, the poster highlights the film’s emotional and mysterious tone.
Alongside Varun and Ravina, the film stars Barat Limbu, Krishna Thapa, Sara Rai, Ujjal Bantawa Rai, Uday Subba, Kundan Tharu, Uttam Gurung, John Sanjog, Bishal Senehang, and child artist Pranshu Chaudhary in key roles.
Director Chaudhary himself has written the story. The film is produced by Tarkaraj Joshi and Jitendra Kumar Chaudhary, with Harinarayan Chaudhary serving as executive producer.
Cinematography is handled by Mahesh Paudel, editing by Sandesh Shah, and action direction by Samrat Basnet. The music is composed by Manoj Thapa Magar, Pawan Giri, and Manoj Mahato, while background sound design is done by Sushil Dangol and Sudip Shrestha.
Filming took place across Morang, Sunsari, Palpa, Rupandehi, Chitwan, and Kaski. However, the official release date has not yet been announced. According to the director, it will be revealed in the coming days as part of the film’s promotional rollout.
The director describes “Tarang” as a supernatural love story that goes beyond conventional romantic narratives, promising a unique cinematic experience.
