The official trailer of the upcoming Nepali film Paralko Aago, set to release on Baisakh 11, has been unveiled at a special event by the production team.

The trailer highlights intense interpersonal relationships, social conflict, and emotional struggles at the core of the story. Actress Suhana Thapa and singer-actor Prakash Saput are portrayed in a turbulent marital relationship marked by domestic conflict.

Meanwhile, actor Saugat Malla and actress Srjana Adhikari appear in a more subtle and emotionally grounded storyline, adding depth to the narrative.

The trailer suggests a socially driven emotional drama revolving around domestic violence, separation, and a search for truth, set in a rural backdrop with strong psychological undertones.

Directed by Laxman Sunar, the film uses symbolic imagery such as fire and darkness to reinforce its thematic intensity.

Produced by Sushil Pokharel, the film is based on the classic short story “Paralko Aago” from the collection Naso by Guru Prasad Mainali, previously adapted into a film 45 years ago by Pratap Subba.

The cast includes Saugat Malla, Prakash Saput, Suhana Thapa, Srjana Adhikari, Kishor Bhandari, Jack Shrestha, Sarita Bhattarai, Renu Nyaupane, and child artist Manjila Baniya.
