Kathmandu — The makers of upcoming Nepali film ‘Ek Muthhi Badal’ have released a new emotional song titled ‘Pallo Ghar’. The film marks the directorial debut of Sahara Sharma.
The song features lyrics, music and vocals by Shreya Rai. Through its emotional melody and poetic storytelling, the track portrays the memories, emotions and inner conflict experienced by a young woman preparing for marriage.
The music video prominently features lead actress Aanchal Sharma. Set against the backdrop of wedding preparations at home, the visuals depict the character reminiscing about her past, relationships and emotional connection with her home and surroundings.
The film also stars Nisha Sharma, Usha Rajak, Bhima Mainali, Asmita Gautam, Shekhar Chapagain, Manish Niroula, Sahayog Adhikari, Gaurav Bista and Aviral Pratap Adhikari in key roles.
The film is produced by Abhimanyu Dixit, while Nikun Shrestha serves as executive producer. German producer Sara Fazilat, along with Samipya Raj Timilsena and Anup Poudel, are also part of the production team.
Cinematography has been handled by Linh Dan Nguyen Phan, with editing by Gaurav Mallik. Costume design is done by Janaki Kadayat.
Produced jointly by Gaunthali Entertainment and Man Production, the film stands out for having women in leadership roles across most departments of production. Distribution in Nepal will be handled by RR Films.
