Kathmandu — Actor Rear Rai has officially joined the cast of the upcoming Nepali film ‘Kangal Karodpati’, the production team announced.
Earlier, actor Mukun Bhusal and actress Salina Tamang had been signed for the film’s lead roles. Raiyer’s addition further strengthens the film’s ensemble cast.
Directed by Raju Shrestha, ‘Kangal Karodpati’ is being produced under the banner of Cinema Pathshala Pvt. Ltd. Prabin Acharya is the presenter, while Anilkumar Budhathoki serves as the producer.
The film also features Chhiring Tamang, Prabin Rai, and Prabesh Sapkota as co-producers. Rita Shrestha Tamang and Suraj Kumar are the line producers.
The story has been written by Suman Gajmer. According to the production team, location scouting is currently underway, and several supporting cast members will be selected from the filming locations.
More details about the remaining cast, production schedule, and filming plans are expected to be announced in the coming days.
