Composed in Bhojpuri dialect with a dance pattern, the upbeat track has resonated well with audiences. Its energetic rhythm makes it a perfect choice for fairs, festivals, and celebrations, where young crowds can dance with enthusiasm.
At a time when dance numbers are trending, this song has been warmly embraced by viewers. The film’s team believes it will be especially popular in the Terai region. Although written in Nepali, its Bhojpuri flavor is expected to make it a timeless hit in the Madhesh and Terai areas.
The song features lyrics, composition, and vocals by Prashant Shiwakoti and Prerana Singh, with musical arrangement by Bisham Acharya. The item dance is performed by Juna Sundas, and the choreography is by Rohan Bishwakarma.
“Abhimanyu: Chapter–1” is set to release on Bhadra 27 (early September) in Nepal, while its Hindi version will be released worldwide on Asoj 6 (September 22), according to producer Binod Paudel.
The film narrates the story of an individual trapped in a labyrinth of greed and deception, struggling to escape its vicious cycle.
Currently in post-production, the film features Kameshwar Chaurasiya, Sarita Giri, Gaumaya Gurung, Laxmi Bardewa, Shishir Wangdel, Kiran Shrestha, Prakash Dahal, and Sushma Niraula in lead roles.
Produced under the banner of Seven Seas Cinema, the film marks the directorial debut of Sushant Gautam. The screenplay is written by Mukesh Khanal, with Madan Thapa serving as the creative director.
