Biratnagar — An Air Dynasty helicopter has crashed in Kepilasgadhi Rural Municipality–2 of Khotang district during landing, leaving one person injured.
Chief District Officer of Khotang, Rekha Kadel, confirmed the incident and stated that there were no major casualties. However, Kajibahadur Rai has reportedly been injured in the accident.
According to DSP Prakash Budhathoki from the District Police Office, the helicopter crashed while attempting to land in the Khartamcha Balabensi area. A total of six people, including the captain, were on board.
Ward Chairperson Milan Rai also confirmed that one person was injured and said he was on his way to the incident site.
Further details about the crash are yet to emerge as authorities continue rescue and assessment efforts.
